Agreement to These Terms

We are REKLA LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom at Office 5127, 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, Essex IG6 3SZ.

We operate the website rekla.ai (the "Site"). Rekla.ai is an independent website that publishes reviews, comparisons, and recommendations for AI marketing and CRM tools — currently Plai and HighLevel — and earns affiliate commissions when visitors sign up through our links. We do not sell our own software, products, or subscriptions, and the Site does not require you to register an account.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REKLA LTD concerning your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

1. Our Services

The information on this Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you're responsible for compliance with your local laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Site, including its text, design, graphics, and code (the "Content"), together with the Rekla.ai name and logo (the "Marks"). The Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download, or print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Requests should be sent to legal@rekla.ai.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Systematically scrape, mine, or extract content from the Site using bots, scrapers, or similar automated tools without our written permission;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related feature of the Site;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site's normal operation;
  • Frame the Site or link to it in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us;
  • Impersonate us, another user, or any other person or entity;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Site;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

4. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site contains links to third-party websites — including Plai and HighLevel — as well as embedded videos, screenshots, and other content belonging to those companies ("Third-Party Content"). We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, accuracy, pricing, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any Third-Party Website. Linking to a Third-Party Website doesn't imply our endorsement of everything on it beyond what we've said in our own reviews.

If you leave the Site to visit Plai, HighLevel, or any other third-party site, you do so at your own risk, and these Terms no longer govern that site. Any purchase or subscription you make on a third-party site is a transaction exclusively between you and that company — we're not a party to it and take no responsibility for it, beyond disclosing that we may earn a commission (see Section 5).

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Rekla.ai participates in the affiliate programs of Plai and HighLevel. Some links on this Site are affiliate links: if you click through and sign up or subscribe, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This financial relationship does not change what we write — we only recommend tools we've used ourselves, and we disclose this relationship clearly on every page carrying an affiliate link, in line with FTC and UK CMA/ASA guidance on affiliate marketing disclosure.

6. Content Disclaimer

The reviews, comparisons, and recommendations on the Site reflect our own opinions and experience using the products discussed. We aim for accuracy, but pricing, features, and terms for third-party products change — always check the vendor's own site for current details before making a purchasing decision. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

7. Site Management and Changes

We may change, update, or remove content on the Site at any time and for any reason, without notice, and we have no obligation to keep any particular page or piece of content available. We may also suspend or restrict access to the Site for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

8. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we collect and use information when you visit the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you're a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also retain any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You and Rekla Ltd both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at legal@rekla.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. This doesn't limit either party's right to seek injunctive relief or to bring a claim in the courts identified in Section 9.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate, and we don't warrant, endorse, or guarantee any product or service offered by a third party (including Plai or HighLevel) that's mentioned on or linked from the Site. Any transaction between you and a third-party vendor is exclusively between you and that vendor, and you should use your own judgment before purchasing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rekla Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
